On our quote form, after entering their phone number, the customer may check an optional, unchecked-by-default consent box that reads:
"It's OK to text me about my quote and service at the number above — including a one-time review invitation after the job. Up to 2 msgs per visit; msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP anytime. Not required to get a quote. See our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy."

When a customer books by phone at (903) 624-5172, we ask, word for word:
"Is it OK if we text you about your appointment and a review link after the job? It's up to 2 messages per visit, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. It's not required to book."
The customer's yes-or-no answer is recorded in their job record at the time of booking. Only customers who say yes receive texts. A customer who says no gets identical service with no messages.
